Terms and Conditions

Free One-Hour Photography Session

Thank you for your interest in my free one-hour photography session offer. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before participating:

  1. Eligibility: This offer is open to local residents only. Proof of residency may be required.

  2. Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Sessions are limited to one per household.

  3. Session Duration: Each photography session will last for one hour.

  4. Usage Rights:
    By participating in this offer, you grant Jon Fallon Photography / Pawtraits & Pupparazzi the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish the photographs taken during the session for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

  5. Delivery of Photographs:
    Participants will receive a selection of low resolution (watermarked) digital images from the session from which they can choose one (free) high resolution image.
    The selection of images is at the discretion of Jon Fallon Photography / Pawtraits & Pupparazzi.

  6. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
    Jon Fallon Photography / Pawtraits & Pupparazzi reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Limitation of Liability:
    Jon Fallon Photography has Public Liability Insurance cover for up to £1million.

  8. Privacy: Jon Fallon Photography / Pawtraits & Pupparazzi respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the photography session.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
