Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Your pet photography session is secured once the session fee (or agreed deposit) has been paid and written confirmation has been received.

Session fees are non-refundable, as they reserve your date in the diary. However, sessions may be rescheduled with sufficient notice (see below).

Any remaining balance must be paid before delivery of digital images, prints or products.

Payment confirms acceptance of these Booking Terms & Conditions.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life with pets can be unpredictable - I get it.

If you need to reschedule your pet portrait session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted without penalty, subject to availability.

If you cancel entirely, the session fee remains non-refundable.

If I need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, an alternative date will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of monies paid will be issued. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

3. Pet & Session Safety

The safety and wellbeing of your pet is the priority during every dog photography or pet portrait session.

Pets must remain supervised and under the Client’s control at all times. Leads may be required depending on location.

You must inform me in advance of:

• Behavioural concerns

• Reactivity toward people or other dogs

• Health conditions

• Any known risks

Pawtraits & Pupperazzi is not liable for injury, loss or damage involving pets, people or property during the session.

4. Image Selection & Editing

Final images are selected and professionally edited in keeping with the Pawtraits & Pupperazzi style.

Raw (unedited) files are not supplied.

By booking, you confirm you are familiar with my pet photography portfolio and editing style.

Artistic decisions - including composition, lighting and editing - remain at my discretion.

5. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Pawtraits & Pupperazzi.

You receive a personal-use licence, which allows you to:

• Download and share images online

• Print images for personal use

• Share with friends and family
  

Images may not be altered, filtered, heavily cropped or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, I may use selected images from your pet photography session for:

• Website portfolio

• Social media

• Marketing and advertising

• Printed materials

• Competitions
  

If you would prefer your images not be used publicly, this must be requested in writing before your session.

6. Image Storage

Edited images are stored for a minimum of 6 months after delivery.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their pet portraits once received.

After this period, I cannot guarantee image storage.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery timelines will be confirmed after your pet photography session.

Turnaround times may vary depending on season and workload, but I always aim to deliver high-quality images promptly without compromising standards.

8. Force Majeure

I am not liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, government restrictions or equipment failure.
