Some are chilled. Some are chaotic. Some are suspicious of the camera. Some think every visitor has arrived specifically to see them.

I'm not looking for perfect behaviour or forced poses. I want the expressions, quirks and little moments that make your pet unmistakably yours.

A completely different way to create a pet portrait.

Your pet... or you and your pet... are photographed individually inside the box. Got more than one pet? No problem. They don't even need to be photographed together.

I'll bring the individual portraits together afterwards to create one completely unique Pawtrait... a photograph that's impossible to recreate anywhere else.

Pet photography should feel like spending time with your pet... not putting them through a photoshoot.

I don't expect perfect behaviour, perfect sits or pets who automatically know where to look. We take our time, follow their lead and work with whatever personality walks through the door.

Some pets need a little encouragement. Some need a lot of treats. Some would rather investigate absolutely everything.

That's all part of it.

We can photograph your pet somewhere familiar or head somewhere they love exploring.

Let's be honest… you've probably got hundreds of photos of your pet.

But how many decent photographs do you actually have of the two of you together?

Exactly.

Life with a pet is made up of thousands of little moments. The walks, the cuddles, the chaos, the ridiculous routines and all the things that make them them.

You don't need to recreate those moments in front of my camera.

Instead, we'll create something that's simply you and your pet, together.

Relaxed studio portraits. No complicated posing. No need to know what to do.

Just the two of you.

Because sometimes the photograph you'll treasure most isn't the one of them looking perfectly at the camera.

It's the one where you're in it too.

Jon is a wonderful photographer. It is clear that he does care about animals and he was careful to not stress out my cat while we were doing the photoshoot. The pictures are great and everyone who has seen them has commented on the quality of them. Would definitely recommend.
